TEKA planned a very practical two-piece equipment set in order to produce tubular chains.

The first automatic die forms the single pieces, whereas the second one enables the assembly of the chain in a semi-automatic way by means of 2 movements.

The chain to be carried out can have several shapes and dimensions, can be round, oval, rectangular, triangular etc. and as well as many other stamped chains it does not need to be welded.

As compared to other similar chains to be industrially produced, the tube chain offers a reduced assembly time and a high level of flexibility.
