The machine guarantees excellent results even on steel and silver, notoriously very difficult for laser soldering. The soldered surface does not tend to crystallize nor does the metal harden. However, the result is a definite solder, which is durable and aesthetically looks good and is homogeneous.

Moreover, our soldering machine has an advanced discharge control that provides us with a wide range of adjustments in order to always obtain the best solder.The settings allow for adjusting the ramp-up and ramp-down current change rates, the duration, the discharge intensity and also optimise the aesthetic aspect of the solder, which may be useful depending on the composition of the alloy to be soldered. Thanks to a new technology the electrode is located outside the holder, this allows us to keep the electrode clean and prevent maintanace stops even after several thousands of pieces.
