This machine produces beads by using metal strip. Working from strip it's possible to choose whether beads must have one or two holes.

The machine is available in two versions:

1) balls from ø2.50 up to ø6.00 mm.

2) balls from ø2.50 up to ø14.00 mm.

By changing tooling the machine can also produce beads of different shapes such as: drop, or irregular shapes.

Thanks to the continuous development of our production systems by the biggest machine version is also possible to produce a ball that is + / - 30% lighter than majority of products available on the market.

RMN-2 is equipped with a special high-speed hydraulic piston cooled by an heat exchanger, it's been designed to be reliable and produce a large quantity of production.

By the possibility to mount coil to hold big amount of strip and cutter shredding on the exit, it can work continuously for a long time without manual assistance. The tools are interchangeables and can be ordered separately on demand.
