We offer two production systems for all budgets and production requirements. The first is the automatic TRK-1 machine, which produces earring pins utilizing any wire. Thanks to a patented, self-adjusting tapered system, Trk-1 does not need to be adjusted by the user, not even if the diameter of the wire is changed and it can also work on the hardest of wires including those not perfectly straight, always producing the finest pins.

The stamping process is automatic and can take up to two stamps. Moreover, thanks to an advanced hammering system to the circular groove of the pin, the machine reduces the production waste to nil.

In fact, we wanted to avoid using systems that require the use of blades or rollers, in order to cut management costs and avoid unnecessary wastage of metal. The length of the pins can be regulated. It produces pointed pins or pins having single or double circular grooves.

The second is a manual machine, TrK-2, very useful for small companies or for those who need to produce small quantities. Reasonably priced and easy to use, Trk-2 produces high-quality, stamped pins having single or double circular grooves. In this case, the device operates with a rotating wheel, the pin is first cut and stamped and then worked on. Each pin is worked individually.
