NK20R chain making machine

This machine is the effortlessly, developed version of the much appreciated NK20. Thanks to the excellent feedback received from our clients, we have decided to continue developing the NK20’s consolidated and reliable platform. In fact, the mechanical base is the same, however, in this case, we have applied our BLG III soldering machine and a mechanical rotor, which allow the possibility of mounting parts in sequence, thus creating a chain of parts. The main benefits of this machine are:

- The low cost for its maintenance and tools; the machine only requires a 220 V current supply and compressed air. If one wishes to have different types of chains, the tools are reasonably priced.

- The simplicity in changing tools; in fact, one can change the shape of the chain in a short time, with no adjustment required.

- An unlimited variety of shapes; the links of the chain are formed by stamping the outer perimeter, which makes it possible to create the most diverse shapes with no technical limitations.

- Perfect soldering on gold as well as on silver; the soldering machine ensures excellent results even on silver, notoriously very difficult for laser soldering. The soldered surface does not tend to crystallise and the metal does not harden. However, the result is a definite solder, which is durable and aesthetically looks good and is homogeneous.

The mechanical rotor also provides us with the possibility to work in sequence on multiple machines, making it possible to create alternate chains, called so, as they consist of a combination of links always having different shapes.
