This is TEKA’s new ‘profiling machine’ and presents an absolute novelty to the market.Thanks to a very simple and effective system, the wire profiling machine is capable of producing numerous pieces that have a wire or a metal plate as a base. Both geometric and fantasy shapes are produced by the machine with the use of reasonably priced, individual tools that can be inter-changed.

The machine comes with 4/5 pneumatic movements on 3 axes, which can mark, stamp and form pieces in a totally automatic, fast process (+/- 60 pieces per minute).

The user can control the parameters by means of a touch screen display, which makes the work easy and intuitive. Each tool mounted onto the machine, can produce a different shape. Assembly and replacement of the tools is very simple and takes about 10 minutes.

The technology used is based on user-friendly criteria and the vast range of models that can be produced, makes the new NK-series machines extremely useful in many production sectors.
