We have created this set of stamps for the production of lobster clasps. The basic tools consist of four dies that are needed to create the two elements which form the clasp. It may be assembled manually or upon the client’s request, it may be simplified.

It is very simple to use the equipment and it requires a press which has a pressure force of at least 15 tons. The equipment comes also with a video CD showing clear and easy instructions. This simple and inexpensive set of stamps, offers the possibility even to small businesses to create clasps themselves, without having to purchase or import them semi-finished.

Quality, simplicity and reliability remain the strong points of this product line, for which the purchase price includes spare parts for those components subject to more wear and tear. Amidst the strong points of this equipment, that which is most important is the length of time that the opening/closing ‘lever’ part of the stamp lasts, which notoriously wears out easily.

Our stamp has proven to produce more than 200,000 pieces. We create tools for all shapes of lobster clasps, traditional as well as drop-shaped and also according to designs provided by the client. The lobster clasp can be created in two formats of standard weight or lightweight. We can also provide the stainless steel springs to fit inside the lobster clasp.
