We produce a large part of dies for accessories required by the jewellery industry, such as joint links, chain end caps, butterflies for earrings and dies for beads. All equipment is available in different sizes and models.

With regards to the butterflies, we have a vast assortment of styles and types: from the classical to those for screw-on pins, ending with the new silicone inserts.With reference to beads, we produce a range of dies in two procedures, in order to create the sheet metal beads, available with one, two or no holes. The sizes available start from a diameter of ø 2.50 mm.

The shapes vary from the classical round to the oval bead, ending with the pearl-shaped or the irregularly contoured bead.The particularity of the beads stamped with the four line openings, is that they are ideal to be subsequently emptied and therefore, are also ideal in meeting the request for lightweight beads.Moreover, it is possible to insert logos and identification marks on all items.

The production systems are planned and designed in order to take on a significant quantity as they often sustain a large-scale production. As always, the purchase price for our dies includes spare parts, for those components subject to more wear and tear, and a 12-month guarantee.
