We produce a large part of stamping dies and mould for accessories required by the jewellery industry, such as ID tag links, chain end caps, butterflies earnut for earrings and beads. All equipments are available in different sizes and models.

With regards to the ear catch, we have a vast assortment of styles and types: from the classical to those for screw-on pins, ending with the new silicone inserts.With reference to beads, we produce a range of tools in two procedures, in order to create the sheet metal beads, available with one, two or no holes. The sizes available start from a diameter of ø 2.50 mm.

The shapes vary from the classical round to the oval bead, ending with the pearl-shaped or the irregularly contoured bead.The particularity of the stamped beads with the four line openings, is that they are ideal to be subsequently emptied and therefore, are also ideal in meeting the request for lightweight beads.Moreover, it is possible to insert logos and identification marks on all items.

The production systems are planned and designed in order to take on a significant quantity as they often sustain a large-scale production. As always, the purchase price for our stamping toolings includes spare parts, for those components subject to more wear and tear, and a 12-month guarantee.
